Refund Policy

Thank you for choosing ShomoySoft products and services. We strive to provide digital assets, APIs, hosting servers, and SaaS applications of the highest quality. Please read our refund rules carefully, divided by product types.
1. SaaS & API Subscriptions
We charge SaaS access and API service keys on a subscription basis (monthly or annually). Details are as follows:
- Trial Periods: If a SaaS product provides a free trial period, no charges will be applied before the trial expires. You can cancel at any time.
- Recurring Fees: Once a billing cycle charges, it is non-refundable. You can cancel your subscription to prevent future renewals, and you will retain access until the end of the paid period.
2. Premium Hosting Solutions
For cloud servers and PDTHosting services:
- We offer a 7-day money-back guarantee for first-time cloud hosting server purchases. If you are unsatisfied, contact billing within 7 days for a full refund (excluding domains or license add-on fees).
- Refunds do not apply if server access was terminated due to a violation of our Terms of Service (such as spamming, resource abuse, or illegal material hosting).
3. Digital Products (WordPress Themes, Plugins, and Source Codes)
Because WordPress plugins, themes, and downloadable source code scripts are digital assets delivered immediately upon purchase, they are generally **non-refundable** once downloaded. However, we will issue a refund under the following conditions:
- Broken/Non-functional Code: If the script or plugin is completely broken and cannot be run, and our technical support team fails to solve or debug the issue within 5 business days after you open a support ticket.
- Misrepresentation: If the product features differ completely from the features advertised on the product page.
4. Custom Software Development Services
Refunds for custom development milestones are defined under individual client contracts. Completed development work, custom-tailored API setups, and integrations are non-refundable once approved and delivered.
5. Process and Inquiries
To request a refund, please send an email to support@shomoysoft.com containing your order number, payment transaction ID (`trx_id`), and a detailed explanation of your issue. Approved refunds will be credited back via your original payment method (via SSLCommerz or Stripe) within a standard timeline of 7 to 10 working days.
